THE COMPANY was founded in August 2004 by Susannah and Andre Spring, a brother and sister team working together for the first time. Their aim was to get new people involved in local theatre and help to nuture some of the amazing talent te area has to offer. Giving a stage to as much of this talent as possible is was The Company is all about.

Susannah has remained with THE COMPANY since its beginning, taking on the role of director, producer, choreographer and performer for many of its productions.

Andre has been the man behind all the poster, programme and publicity design but has also performed and directed many times.

Working with each others strengths, they have collaborated with numerous casts to produce sell out performances.
